It is a privilege to serve as Head Teacher at Harris Garrard Academy, a school deeply rooted in its community. My journey in education began over a decade ago as a newly qualified Science teacher within the Harris Federation. Since joining Harris Garrard in 2018 as an Assistant Principal, I have been proud to work alongside dedicated staff, inspiring students, and a supportive local community.
At the heart of my leadership is a clear and unwavering goal: to drive social mobility for all our students. I believe every young person, regardless of their background, deserves the opportunity to succeed, thrive, and shape their own future. Through high expectations, a rich and inclusive curriculum, and a culture of care and ambition, we aim to unlock every student’s potential.
