Student Wellbeing
Whether your child is joining us in Reception, Primary, Secondary, or Sixth Form, the heart of the HGA experience is our commitment to ensuring every student feels happy, safe, and excited to learn.
We strive to create an environment where they can build meaningful friendships and discover their passions.
Starting in a new school can feel a little overwhelming, so no matter when or how your child joins us, we provide dedicated support to make sure that all students settle in well and have the chance to thrive.
This starts with our Happy Minds programme, designed to support students’ mental health, and grows into a strong Wellbeing curriculum and Character Days.

The HGA Promise - a wealth of experiences
We’re really proud of our HGA Promise, a journey of life experiences designed to give every child the chances to explore the very best opportunities. This means every child has the chance to learn an instrument, see a west end show, go camping, skiing, take a train into London to explore Tower Bridge with their peers. The list is (almost) endless and we are constantly adapting and adding to what we offer.

The support each child needs
Students know where they can find extra support if they need it, and know that problems get tackled promptly. In this year’s student surveys, every student said they had an adult they could talk to if they needed one.
