Wraparound Care - Breakfast & After School Care Club

At our Breakfast Club and After School Care Club we want your child to thrive and for you to be happy with the service you receive.

We are also here to support the needs of our parents and carers and ensure they have a stress-free morning without any concerns regarding dropping off your child/children before you go to work or picking them up after work or college.

After school is a time for play and enjoyment, teamed with great arts and craft with enjoyable team activities to ensure children can socialise and learn in a warm, friendly environment. Children also have some time with their friends to explore new ideas not necessarily available during school time.

Opening hours

Breakfast Club - Monday to Friday 7:15am to 8:30am. Term time only (excluding inset days).

After School Care Club - Monday to Friday 3:30pm to 6:00pm. Term time only (excluding inset days).

Food

We are committed to promoting healthy eating in line with Healthy Eating for Schools. Please note, children may not bring their own food items to the club unless this has been agreed in advance due to allergy or food intolerances.

Breakfast Club. We provide a healthy fulfilling breakfast as research tells us that children are more attentive and concentration improves when they are not hungry or thirsty. Spring/Summer: fruit, cereal, toast and a variety of drinks. Winter: fruit, cereal, toast, beans on toast and variety of drinks to choose from.

After School Care Club. Choice of five sandwich fillings, fruit, cereal, toast and a variety of drinks.

How to book

Before you can start using the Wraparound Club you need to register by completing the registration/information form and returning it to the school office. A separate information form is needed for each child as the details may differ.

Once you have completed a registration form, to book your child a place in one of the clubs please complete a booking form and return it to the school office. We cannot accept your child into the club until a completed booking form is returned to the school office and payment is made in advance (see below).

Click HERE to download our Wraparound Care information booklet including the information form and booking form.

You can also obtain the forms from Primary reception.

How to pay

Payment is managed using an online payment system at www.parentpay.com.

All children that attend the school will automatically receive a ParentPay account when they start. Parent/carers can log in online to see their balance and add funds. You can also see your transaction history, so you know exactly what you have been charged. Please contact the school office if you don’t have your username or password.

If you have any issue or concerns regarding ParentPay payments, please contact the school office on 0208 320 4800 then press No 8 or contact our finance team (details below).
