Keep a Fitness Diary - Winners of Mr Smith's Prize Challenge
Every fortnight, Mr Smith is setting all students a prize challenge. Here are the winners from our third challenge: to keep a fitness diary for a fortnight. See our current challenge.
We asked students to follow Joe Wicke’s PE lessons on Youtube each day for a fortnight and keep a fitness diary detailing the exercises they completed that day.
Victor, Picasso Class, Year 3
"I really enjoyed all the workouts and it's fun and more harder workouts every day. I like to do with Mr Wickes. And my 60 minute bike ride, three times a week with my mum." Victor

Friday day 1 (May 1, 2020)
Today was my first day doing the Joe Wicke’s fitness workouts. Today we did 5 workouts and each workout was 40 seconds long and we had 20 second break after each workout. Firstly, we did march for 40 seconds. Secondly, we did star jumps. Thirdly, we did jog on the spot. Furtherly, we did squats. Last but not least we did jog on the spot but this time we imagined we were climbing a rope by putting out arms in the air and we started putting down.
